Invest Macedonia at "Fruit Logistica 2013" in Berlin
Invest Macedonia, from 6th to 8th February 2013, was present at the World Fair "Fruit Logistica" in Berlin, Germany as part of the Macedonian national booth branded as Taste of Macedonia.
Invest Macedonia was included in the promotion of our companies - exhibitors, using the network of its economic promoters. This excellent opportunity was used to present the services Invest Macedonia offers to potential foreign investors and inform the companies who are interested in purchasing Macedonian products how they can obtain general information about the industry - including all manufacturers – including those who did not have the opportunity to present and visit this year's fair.
At the Macedonian booth, which was funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and USAID’s AgBiz and IDEAS projects, ten domestic companies - producers of fresh fruits and vegetables - had an opportunity to present their portfolio of products, as well as to get in touch with a number of potential business partners from all over the world.
Special brochure with key information about the most competitive Macedonian agricultural products was designed to successfully present the country. An integral part of the booth was multimedia presentation of the Republic of Macedonia, which was continuously conducted at the frontal part of our national stand which was one of the reasons our stand was one of the more visited at this fair.
Representatives of the companies participating at the "Fruit Logistica 2013" said that they accomplished most of the planned goals. They also said that this was an exceptional opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with companies from other countries, which will help them introduce changes to improve production.
